In accordance with the stipulations of Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Regulation of Local Government Act, Taipei County may apply the provisions concerning cities under the direct administration of the Executive Yuan in the Schedule of Penalties, Article 5 of the Statute for the Development of Tourism; Article 4, Paragraph 2 and Article 31 of the Regulation for the Management of Tourist Hotel Enterprises; and Article 2, Paragraph 2, Article 20, Article 40, and Article 48 of the Regulation Governing Travel Agencies, effective May 25, 2007.
